Apache Pizza Reviews

Arrived at the Maldron at 9pm and nothing available to eat. Apache Pizza is a minute walk. Kebabs, chicken, pizza available. We ordered pizza. Lots of sizes available. Didn’t wait too long. It was very nice. Would recommend for a quick or late night bite.

I ordered a chicken gougon and chips combo, was €8 and a bottle diet coke, one chips and 2 7in garlic bread with bacon - it came to over €25. I then wish I had gone for the €23 Domino Pizza deal. The garlic bread was tasteless there wasn't any detectable garlic on it and the bacon was pretty tasteless too, lacked flavour. The chips were bog standard cheap chips, nothing special. I got the triple box there before, but it didn't come in the triple box shown in adverts, it came as three individual boxes and all was pretty basic food, nothing special. I had cookies from here before and they were way too soft for my liking. I suppose children would like this place as it is not spicy and pretty bland flavour.

ordered at 2:21am on uber eats with an estimated time of arrival of 2:45-3am as the latest. At 3:05 I called the terryland store and they did not pick up until multiple calls and finally picked up at 3:30am. They then told me my order was transferred to the Newcastle store. So I called Newcastle and they received no such order. So I called the terryland store once again and was told that they were looking into it and they HUNG UP ON ME. I called terryland AGAIN and your man told me that the order was on the way. I told him that I ordered over an hour ago and he told me it was at a different store but suddenly he said the order was on the way completely contradicting what he said earlier. He then magically told us that it will be 6 minutes away. Finally received my order at 3:50am. Mind you I ordered a kebab and a spice box and the spice box was only a box of chips which you will see in the next slide as I will attach a photo. Your customer service is shocking and the way your staff spoke to me on the last phone call was absolutely astonishing. Interrupting me trying to tell me I was wrong and I quote saying “will you let me speak” while I’m trying to ask where my orders is and “we’ve been busy” in the most obnoxious tone. I’ve never experienced such rudeness. And I’ve worked in hospitality my whole life and I would NEVER speak to a customer that way

Worst kebab ever!!! Service is slow and they charge you more that supposed to be

I ordered Student Meal, and here comes the worest apache service, the chips were sticked with the sause of the pizza. This pizza became the Fries Pizza. The don’t even deserve the single star. Staff is rude and worst in communication. I have tried aparche pizza in entire Ireland, but Apche Pizza Terryland, Galway is one the Worst Apache Pizza I every visited.

I will never recommend anyone to visit there.
